NEFLO Bass Guide is run by Captain Shawn Michael, a Northeast Florida bass guide based in Palatka on the St. Johns River.
Shawn concentrates on the St. Johns but fishes a full circuit of the region's best bass water — Rodman Reservoir, Orange Lake, the Harris Chain of Lakes, and Lake Santa Fe — going where the fish are on any given day. Every trip is guided personally, tailored to your experience and goals, and built to get you into fish.
The approach is simple: put you on fish. Live shiners, artificial lures, or a mix — the plan changes with the conditions, not the calendar. First bass, a personal best, or just a good day away with family and friends, the trip is built around what you're after.
Everything's provided except sunscreen, drinks, and a Florida fishing license. Show up ready to fish; Shawn handles the rest.
